Eberhardts - Mother's Day Sessions '17

Another adorable set of kiddos and another sweet mama! It is really such a gift to meet so many new people and their family's through my photography. The Eberhardts were another new client and they were just great to work with - super sweet and their kiddos did awesome too! As we continue with this series, here is another words that describes mothers:

Selflessness

We all need to be more selfless, even if we don't have the role of mother - for a family to work everyone has to give! Mom's learn quickly though, as it literally takes all they have to carry, then birth their baby, that this new little human must have all of you. It is a hard mental decision to consistently make, but most mamas run on love and that makes it all easier ;)

Weaver Family - Mother's Day Sessions '17

So I thought as I begin to post photos from the wonderful Mother's Day sessions I had in May, I would choose a word for each post that represents who and what Mom's are. I don't know all these women well, but I know them enough to at least call out the character and responsibility they hold in their current daily lives of motherhood. So here we go ...

Resilience

Mom's have to keep on keeping on even when everyone else can't or doesn't. They possess this amazing drive that even when their feelings are overwhelming, the housework is piling up, the circumstances are hard and the meals won't make themselves - they just do. Mom's are driven, obviously by love. I've seen Erin keep on for her family and she does it with a smile, because she's such a loving woman.

Spring has sprung

We all know Spring is in full swing because of the rain, then sun, then rain and well ... we know. But I mean Spring brings so much hope - all our anticipation from Winter gets some relief. I love the pastels and sun coming out and the Hope in Christ we celebrate on Easter. It was so much fun to capture more pictures of the adorable Nwodobo boys all dressed up in their Sunday best. Beautiful blossoms and green grass made the day even more beautiful, but these cuties stole the show!

Cassano Girls

I always thought the bond sisters get to have is just well, adorable and pretty darn special. Isabelle and Evenlyn are gonna be besties I can just feel it. Isabelle is such a sweet older sister and Evenlyn is so easy going. It was so fun to take some photos of them snuggling up, kissing and Isabelle twirling around in her pretty dress. There is just something so wonderful about little girls, so precious.

Sorrell Family grows by 1

I had the awesome privilege of taking photos of Brent & Jenn a few years ago. We took a walk through Valley Forge with their pups. Jenn recently won the Cyber Monday (thank you) giveaway I did. She couldn't wait to plan her first family photo session with their new adorable addition, Bryson. A cool spring day with lots of family snuggles and baby talk - it just can't be beat.
